Reflections

For many years, I have been collecting stories, questions, and learnings that emerge from everyday life in the classroom.

This space brings together some of those experiences and reflections on education and teacher wellbeing.

It is not meant to offer recipes or one-size-fits-all answers. These reflections grow out of practice, everyday encounters, insights, and the experiences of teaching, and from the belief that small, consistent changes over time can deeply transform the experience of teaching and learning.
